Rsuska Blyota currently has land claims throughout the state of Arkansas, as well as a small claim in North Carolina, overall totaling 23.06 acres of land. Any citizen of Rsuska Blyota who knows of unclaimed land may claim the land for the Tsardom as long as they provide proof of them having visited the land and send it to a representative of The People's Council, who will provide the government with it so the land can be incorporated into Rsuska. 

Rsuska Blyota can control all of its land due to the fact that its government members and citizens are able to easily traverse from one enclave to another, therefore allowing the land to be under constant Rsuskan control and swift handling of any uprising or outbreaks of violence. Over 50 citizens live within the current administrative regions and territories of Rsuska Blyota and we'd love to have even more citizens willing to serve the nation. Rsuska as a micronation still has a long way to go for greatness.
