The Tsardom of Rsuska Blyota is a micronation formed after its founder and his friends decided they wanted to express themselves further than a friend group. Founded on 20 March 2022 after declaring independence from the United States of America, Rsuska Blyota was built on the values of freedom, justice, and bravery.  Rsuska Blyota has gone through multiple governments, usually with Dima Alexeyev, founder of Rsuska Blyota, as the leader. These include a democratic republic, communist dictatorship, and an absolute monarchy which came after a civil war. Currently, Rsuska Blyota is a semi-constitutional monarchy with Dima Alexeyev as the Tsar.

Rsuska has 12 main positions, leagues, and agencies excluding any extra higher and lower agencies. These include Tsar, Minister of State, the Rsuskan Regal, Commerce, Legislative, and Executive Leagues as well as the The People's Council and Ministers of Defense, Foreign Affairs, Culture, Health, Science, and Justice. Besides Tsar, anyone can be elected or appointed by the Tsar or other figures to almost all positions in the government. Being a part of the Rsuskan Government isn't reccomended, but not required. We welcome anyone to be a simple citizen, but if you're a lover for debate and politics, the Rsuskan Government may be the perfect place for you.
